The moment you receive a diagnosis of cancer, you become a cancer survivor. You join more than 10 million other cancer survivors in the United States. There are still so many gaps and unanswered questions about returning to a healthy, active life after cancer, and we hope this conference will supply you with some of the best information to help you make better informed decisions and reduce your risk of secondary tumors and recurrence.

The "Keep On Dancing" Cancer Survivor Conference, as the name suggests, will empower survivors, patients and their supporters with tools to make things better for survivors of today and tomorrow. It is our pledge to send you home with ideas to help raise your awareness of the unique issues exclusive to cancer patients and to network with other people who have been on similar journeys. This year's program will include sessions designed to provide great information to help you fully live and love your life beyond cancer. We hope you will join us and keep fighting, keep positive and keep on dancing!
